The 90th anniversary of the Lasipalatsikortteli will kick off with a classic film in March, when Charles Chaplin’s Modern Times will be screened at the Lasipalatsi Bio Rex. The screenings are on 1 March at 2 PM and 8 March at 2 PM. 90 years ago, Modern Times was shown in the then brand new Bio Rex salon. At the time of its opening, it was the most modern cinema in the Nordic countries.

To celebrate the jubilee, tickets to the classic film cost 5 euros, tickets from the online shop of Elokuvateatteri Gilda at gilda.fi. The screenings are organised by Gilda and Lasipalatsikortteli Oy.
